The staff at the hotel were really good and consistently courteous, meeting all our requests. the location was fantastic, just a 20-minute walk into town. Everything was perfect and met our needs well.

The property is gorgeous and clean, with good service and reasonable value. the staff is really good, very courteous, and has a great attitude. the hotel is close to many attractions thanks to its excellent access to a bus stop.

Location was superb!
getting glass bottles from Reception to the room... (even included 6 drinks). why you dont just put them in the fridge in the room?

The location is marvellous, right by two subway stations - Kochstrasse and Stadtmitte, as well as the tourist attractions of Berlin. the privilege queen room is silent and has storage, an iron and ironing board, and a writing desk.

Everything was perfect here. The staff were really good and consistently courteous people with all our request and privilege queen room was the best. The breakfast was warm and plentiful, had plenty of food. The airport was 30 km away from here, marvellous and incredible location. It was a calm area close to a bus station. This place was perfect for us, would recomand.
